Sales

All sales are final.

Payment

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash or Check. Credit Cards, Money Orders and Traveller's Cheques are not accepted at this time.

To secure studio time, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid by the client and received no less than 5 business days in advance of any recording session.

Storage

The client is responsible for all recording & media storage materials, including (but not limited to) CD-R discs, DVD, hard Drives2" tapes, etc.

Liability

The client must remove any items brought to our offices or studio. We are not responsible for any property left or forgotten by the client within our offices or studio and shall not be held accountable or responsible for any such property.

Permission

We are not responsible for any misuse, misappropriation or infringement of any copyright materials including (but not limited to) cover songs, samples, demos, logos, names or any similar or related materials.

Before any copyrighted material, including (but not limited to) cover songs, samples, demos, logos or names can be used in the production process, prior written permission and/or a signed disclaimer from the respective owner(s) must be received.
